REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST, QUALIFYING

I’m so happy you are here.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I provide treatment to children, adolescents and their families.

We’re in this together

Being the first point of contact for new clients, I’ve seen firsthand how taking that initial step into therapy can feel big. My goal is to meet you with empathy, warmth, and genuine curiosity, creating a space where you can show up just as you are. I take a collaborative, relationship-focused approach, where we explore challenges and celebrate strengths side by side. I’ll always support you with compassion while also gently helping you stay connected to the goals that matter most to you or your child. Together, we’ll build a safe, playful, and empowering space where growth feels possible and you feel truly understood.

Creativity meets connection

I bring creativity and play into my work with young children, using games, stories, art, and hands-on activities to help them explore their feelings and learn new skills in ways that feel natural and fun. With teens and adolescents, I show up in a grounded, real, and relatable way to create space for honest conversations while honouring autonomy and identity.

My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and play-based therapeutic techniques, blending evidence-based strategies with genuine connection. I aim to tailor the therapy process to each young person’s needs, whether that means getting on the floor to play, using creative tools to express big emotions, or engaging in thoughtful and collaborative dialogue. No matter the age, I will show up in a way that makes sense for my clients.

Celebrating authenticity

My work has been shaped by my years supporting children and youth on the autism spectrum and those with developmental differences. These experiences have taught me the importance of meeting each young person exactly where they are, honouring their communication style, their strengths, and the unique ways they make sense of the world. There is no right or wrong way to move through the world - just your own pace and style (and sometimes, it helps to have someone guide us along the way)!

My journey so far
