REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST, QUALIFYING
Showing up as yourself is enough. Let’s start there.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I provide treatment to adolescents and adults.
Being human together
Life is messy, complicated, and full of challenges. Being human means we don’t always have it figured out. In therapy, I want to create space where you feel safe to show up as yourself, without needing to pretend or hold it all together. My style is grounded, collaborative, and authentic. I believe that when we are honest about our struggles, we build resilience and discover that we are capable of doing hard things!
Working side by side
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practice, and client-centred care. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to set goals that feel meaningful and achievable. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore what’s getting in the way, and build strategies that support growth both inside and outside of the therapy room.
Real conversations, real change
I value authenticity and believe the therapeutic relationship works best when we can be open, honest, and human with each other. Humour, honesty, and compassion are welcome here. While therapy can feel challenging at times, I see it as an opportunity to create lasting change and to strengthen your ability to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
Behind the scenes
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University. As part of my clinical training, I am completing my practicum with youth detained in secure custody under the Youth Criminal Justice Act at a facility in the Greater Toronto Area. Outside of this role, I also support a Registered Psychologist with court-ordered assessments for adolescents navigating challenges within the justice system.
