What if healing could begin by coming home to yourself?
I believe each of us holds deep wisdom, a knowing that often grows quiet beneath the noise of everyday life. Yoga offers us a way to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the body, mind, breath, and spirit. For me, Yoga is much more than a physical practice. It is a healing art and science and a path to greater self-awareness, connection, and inner balance.
My approach
I believe healing happens by developing a deeper relationship with ourselves, learning to listen to our bodies, and becoming more aware of our internal experience. My approach combines Yoga and Yoga therapy, rooted in the ancient teachings of India's classical Yoga tradition. I believe that Yoga should meet you where you are. Rather than asking you to fit into a practice, I adapt it to support your needs. My work incorporates mindful movement, prāṇāyāma (breathwork), meditation, sound healing, and somatic exercises. These practices create space to be more present, connect with your body, and support your nervous system.
The mind, body & spirit
With a background in psychology, I have always been drawn to the beautiful relationship between our inner and outer worlds. Our thoughts, emotions, experiences, breath, and physical bodies are deeply interconnected. We are the witnesser of the mind, and Yoga helps to create the space between the Self and the emotions and feelings we experience.
I believe the body holds the stories of what we have experienced, including emotions and experiences we may not have had enough space to process or release. Our bodies can keep score when our minds have learned to move on. Through gentle movement, breath, somatic awareness, and compassionate presence, we can begin to listen to what the body is asking for, soften what we have been holding, and create space to let go.
Rooted in ancient wisdom
I am currently completing my training as a Yoga Therapist through an International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT)-accredited program. I feel deeply connected to the traditional teachings of Yoga and believe it's profoundly beautiful to bring this ancient wisdom into our modern lives. The word Yoga means “union”, the coming together of body, mind, and spirit. I see Yoga as an invitation to return to that sense of wholeness within ourselves.
A space to come home to yourself
My intention is to create a space where you feel welcomed exactly as you are. A space to slow down, breathe, listen, reconnect with yourself without judgment, and ultimately give you the tools to tap into the infinite part within you that has all the answers. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “good” at Yoga. You simply need to arrive as you are. Everything is a win when the goal is to experience, and I intend to help you feel safe in that process and welcome each experience with unwavering faith.
Whether you’re seeking greater balance, a deeper connection with your body, support for your nervous system, or simply space to slow down and reconnect with yourself, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as we create a practice that nurtures and honours your unique journey.
