My name is Daniella Buitrago, and I am a Social Impact and Community Engagement Coordinator at The Thought Centre.
Beginning Your Journey
Deciding to focus on your mental health takes a lot of strength, and starting can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. As a Social Impact Coordinator, I am here to help make that process feel as welcoming and smooth as possible. By working on our community outreach and managing our social media, my goal is to make sure you feel connected to our clinic right from the start. Your story matters to us, and I want to help build a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable looking for care. To help you express yourself as comfortably as possible, I am also more than happy to connect with you in either English or Spanish, whichever language feels most natural to you!
About me
I am an undergraduate student at Queen's University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Driven by a deep interest in mental health advocacy and neuroscience, I hope to continue in the field to turn my lifelong passion into a fulfilling career.
