My name is Karina Sen and I am an Intake Coordinator at The Thought Centre.

Seeking help can be intimidating, but I’d like to make that process feel safer, and catered to you. As an intake coordinator, I’m always looking to better understand your needs in order to find services that align with your goals. No matter your difficulties, or aims, there is someone here for you, and I’m dedicated to helping you find them. Our team is diverse and committed to empowering you. My background

I am a recent graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University. My time at Laurier has provided me with a diverse set of experiences, allowing me to approach our clients with compassion and understanding. I have also completed academic research with Planned Parenthood, and spend my time providing support to individuals who are on the Autism Spectrum.
